Configuring a generic email client

Any email client that you use to download your email from your email account will use the same settings, although the method you use to configure that may vary from program to program.

Email address:
Incoming mail server (POP or IMAP server):
Outgoing mail server (SMTP server): whatever your ISP provides
Username (aka account name): your  email account
Password: your email account's password

Note: we do not support secure (encrypted)

How to access webmail

To configure your webmail account, visit and log in with the user name and password for your email account.

If you don't know your username or password for your POP box, contact Technical Support ( The Pacakage manager for your domain can also set yourr password.

Once logged in, click on 'Options' on the menu bar at the top of the window. Then click on 'Personal Information'. Enter (at least) your full name and the email address associated with the email account on this screen. Make sure you press Submit to save these details. If you don't set these, people will not be able to reply to any email you send from the webmail package.

Accessing your account information - Package Manager

Package Manager information can be held by any individual who has authority to manage package-specific information for a given hosting package under your account. This includes email passwords and configurations, web forwarding, usage statistics and more.

Accessing the Toolkit as Package Manager
When you access the Toolkit ( as Package Manager, you are able to manage information that is specific to that hosting packages.

To access the Toolkit as Package Manager, your username will be the package's primary domain name (without the www.).
